Aiooo prawn

I'm allergic with big prawn , lobster , crab . And I had prawn for dinner. Felt little bit weird now . Dizzy head , little bit itchy throat. Definitely not feeling any good right now. : (

So like the doctor said , I will stick to tahu tempe chicken and an egg.

Anyway , its been a week with no sports . And so tomorrow after the swimming class is over . I will do my 20 laps .
