from what i know . they are not using the young duck , but they choose the duck that already lay eggs for 4 times in 2 years time.
the preparation is simple . boil the duck for 3 to 4 hours so the Special Bumbu meresap sampai kedalam2 and they Fried the duck . so that now we will have the smooth inside and crispy outside.
The sour dish / Tamarind dish ( The indonesian Sayur Asam) . This is the very popular vegetable soup dish in indonesian cuisine.
Common ingredients are peanuts, young jackfruit, melinjo, bilimbi, chayote, long beans, and also include corn.
Slrrrppp i can finish this sayur asem in 15 minutes, because like everyone else , i need to enjoy every minutes of this Sayur asem.
