injury

ohh finally , i get this damm injury again, this time by reflect. i had it enough, but what can i say

yesterday suppose to be "OK" nothing happen , go to gym and enjoy, but all of that become slow, as i injured , everything become slowmotion... and a little bit stress bout this shoulder...

haihhh...
