GYM

3rd of june last year , i sign up for a gym membership , i was like 80 kg .

and snap , suddenly another 4 days its already a year of GYm.. and im now 85 kg .

getting no shape but growing fatter. but if i never go to gym , i think i'll be another 90 kg guy...


update: 9.59PM , after a good background review of the blog from last year till now , yes maybe all the reason why im still fat is there. i just ate too much and exercise less.

Dream job and Music

Do you have a dream job , Yes i have...
i used to have this little dream job back then , when i was like 15 maybe, i used to wish wish that i could work at this office , this is the chevron main office , used to be the Caltex main office in Rumbai. everyone can speak english , aircondioner cool one , the food court , swimming pool just opposite the building , the security guard , the "Do not stop" sign , the golf field just beside this office and its all feels like a simple dream job. when you have no worries about ur job , u can put urself in any position where u want , even if you fail. and u dont have to deal with unbrain rough workers , dirty police and so on....

but its not , and im not even close to this dream, but the good thing is i get to to pass this office like everyday , i can eat at the foodcourt. and actually i met a gym friend that work in this company.


so about the current job... i love the job not because everything is in the row , but everything slowly moving to the right track , but sure its real slow.

enought bout job , lets move to something that can play music

tadaaa... my pda actually play a loud song , that is what now i love about my phone, i used to hate this pda like hell , keep on hang all the time , even now , its on the hang mode. but at least i got PDA... haha and i can listen some musics on my way to work place.

SO this is all saturday ... alone... boring... lonely... boring...and boring.

here is the thing, finally i can get a little piece of peace for my mind. well after all this day i just felt that , im duing nothing for myself , i work for around hmmm... 3 and half years and only i do a little bit like buying myself portable hard disk 160gig (thanks to irwan to all the movies inside- domo arigato ), and the small netbook acer , and this handsome awesome camera . well apparently , this stuff is like eveyday use , and i postpone it like years , i shouldnt do this.



so i think think and think ... hmmm , i think , i better give something i like to me. like present... hmmmm (all inside my head) , and yes i dont need spend on something expensive (outof money) to make my day a little bit better. and actually if i give my self a pair of sport shoes , i will love to wear it for a morning run. and thats something..

BIG HAPPY RAIN

Well , i must thanks to bet i think , bet did u do the rain dance ?? haha i dont think so , anyway hope you get well soon ok.


Its a pretty bad ass rain the other day. barely can drive fast that morning good for me , coz im sleeping and not very good for the driver.,coz the small rain is getting big and bad.. and whole activity at my work place are stopped.


after a few hours finally the rain stop and yet the air is still cool , i love that so much... its so fresh.. and everything seems so right.. ouuuuu check this out guys.

this is suppose to be the slow-moving gastropod mollusc with a spiral shell., but this snail went out from its spiral shell , maybe want to feel the fresh air... just like me , but im still with my shirts and pants...

yeahhh ..i just bought the dolandson j86-20120 , i though its so expensive. but guess what. its not that expensive. its the filtre a carburant , filtro de combustible , kraftstoffilter , or the easy way , fuel filter. and the bad news is . i goota wake up at 6 and drive the whole way to my work place and.... hmmm.... maybe a breakfast will cheer me up.. haha... what should i eat , what should i eat tomorow ?

The old tennis court and basket ball court, well i used to play basketball, bike and soccer with chris and the other gang , we play so much , we fight so much , but its so wonderfull , i still remember every details here.

my neighbourhood. i love the shadows of the tree . and we used to play soccer here as well , its just too much fun every afternoon. we play soccer every afternoon either here or at the basketball court back there.

if you cant see clearly , actuall there are rambutan trees, kedondong trees , and matoa trees. its all full of fruit when the season come.

well i have one more tree to plant, i want the soursoup trees, or we used to call it Sirsak... hihi... wait ya madu , lagi di cari bibit nya nih. hihi

Dinner with bet @ Nasi Bakar Mang Uneh

This is my second time having this Whole set of dinner at nasi bakar mang uneh , its javanese food , not japanese food ok.

The main menu here is the Ikan bakar mang uneh , actually its ikan cucut , 1st , the fish is definetely BBQ , we can see clearly from the dark color caused by fire and over heat. but dont worry of the color , because the inside fish meat is just perfect. -

just for the tips for you guys who love bbq, we can always use the aluminium foil to cover the fish. and then bbq , or we can presto the fish , cover with aluminuim foil and dont forget to put ur favourite ingredients inside and then BBQ , ohhh when you presto , you dont have to worry about the bone. everything is eatable now. so none is waste.

The Rice > nasi bakar . well its not actually a BBq rice . but the inside is nasi lemak , with daun semanggi , sedikit daun ubi and ikan teri , and petai (smelly but healthy). everything is just perfect when the rice is wrap with banana leave / daun pisang , and then BBQ . whooo now , you should eat when its still warm...

TAHU GORENG AND TEMPE GORENG . this is where we find protein nabati, untuk makan tempe and tahu kita harus dan wajib cocol dengan cabe nya... hohoho ato sebagian orang memilih cocol dengan kecap manis. hahahahaha....

Next stop , The BBq Chicken . This is where Kecap manis is used . turn turn turn and bbq bbq with a normal heat untill the inside chicken is cooked properly and served... if im "bondan winarno from wisata kuliner " i would say ... magnyusss.... top markotop

Last stop , AYAM penyet / so called hmmmm... hmmm... dunno what to say . this chicken is a fried chicken at first , tapi , setelah itu ayam ini di gencet dengan tenaga sedang yang membuat daging2nya kelihatan penyet . tentulah sekarang kelihatan celah2 di ayam ayam. nah untuk pelengkapnya , bagian yang kelihatan celah2 itu di taburin bumbu cabe ...... its hot and phiuhhhhhh

Pisang Molen / Banana Molen

As you can see clearly , the chocolate is all over theplace , even in the middle of the banana , they made a hole and put the chocolate powder inside. well the powder will melt it self when the whole pisang molen being fried.

If its look good. never think twice, just eat it.

this is all about banana , cheese and chocolate. well its a full fat and calorie snack. dont worry its so yummy till you can forget all the fat.
