veggie rice

its just remind me of the student center and the dining hall vegetarian rice, back to college life.

but this veggie rice is more to indonesian taste. spicy and huff.... i want more of this.

most of the "look like meat" is made by soya.

can u see the small mini potato , cutted big potato with chili. and .. ohhhh..... i want more of this.. haha

let me tell you more about the curry , its so light . not much "santan" and i think they use milk for the ingredients.

ouhhh the chili as hot as its color... i think they fry the chili lightly and then they mix and scramble up with garlic. and no tomato i think..

the vegetable are freshhhh.. bite and u will hear the small crush ... ouhhh perffect.

honestly they must not put half boiled egg there... its just not enough....

and the tofu. ohhh its so yummy . and all the bumbu meresap inside....
