So thats the saturday night, and dinner time , James finish 2 plate of nasi goreng special with 3 eggs and another 3 extra half boiled (wish that this world is full of ppl like james hahaha ppl who like eggs so much) , my mee goreng at first glance turn out to be a mee goreng that hard to swallow, and my first strike its true - lain kali tak boleh pesan lagi. lain kali harus pesan nasi soto ~~

weird weeks. i've been scolding the same workers for couple of times. and yet he never get bored , never change and never realize that he is so lucky to get the job. but i know he is unhappy with me right now ( i will cut you salary for sure ... you @!#!%#!^&* ) ... enough with this boring things going on... its my everyday routine in the farm...

Honestly , if the economic condition is stable . the most suitable chicken farm is the Automatic chicken farm. its better to deal with machine than dealing with some punk in your workplace. (joni ... andi ... you guys wanna join me ?) ha ha ha . . .

Thinkin of having another bigger table in the room. since this computer table together with the PC will be moved to the Office. the computer table is too small for me.

Never know , this day is full of unfinished task , Additional task and bla bla task. All these things keep coming , and all i need to do is react to the situation. Old Manual chicken farm is worse.
chicken farm task appears at the first glance to be a rather hard and unfriendly. but in fact , i carry the resposibility to accomplish the task. cant run away...

"Am i tired of doing all this kind of stuff " I Never know ..!!. happy or not , i keep doin it..!! because i never know when i will gave up and spare my self a wonderful redang , kapas , perhentian, sikuai island vacation. (~~) dreamin

the night hours is the best time for relax (^^)!!, especially Saturday night , movie ticket = but one get 2wo.

This coming saturday , the movie is "NAGABONAR jadi 2" (ciek you are right, age doesnt matter ,as long as we enjoy the movie hehe...)

Experiment of cooking , and tonite food turn out quite nice. its the combination of, "ca kue" "always egg" "tauge" "meat" - and i get my fake char kweytiao...

good bye to some of the chicken This month : stealing eggs and chickens happen again.

I hope they can steal all the eggs , chicken, the building, the pump , the Blower , the mixer , the generator , bla bla bla and the all workers as well. so im jobless and starting to think about shaking legs , Coffee, Online , Blog , Chat , Movies ... bla bla bla...

about Movie ... watching this movie recently "lewat tengah malam" its a horror movie . and its only 1 hour.

The one that i can remembered so much from the movie >> Alot Alot of ppl inside resting their leg on the empty seat infront of them. and the warning POP OUT icon appeared on the screen "the picture of leg resting in on the seat with red cross" . the Icon only go away till the person move back their leg.

next thing i can remembered >> bunch of guys and girls at the back , shaking their leg. the condition of the Cinema is match to the ticket price. >> buy one free one

But still. Good bye chicken ...

Punch

Yahooo... done with the punch bag project. I finally complete the creation of my own punch bag with my cousin Help , and yet, the last part is finding place to Hang it with and punch it slow with bare hand.

When you are stressed out with the bad guy in the farm. go back and punch the pineapple ... (he he he) (please punch when you get angry , strike with your closed fist and (me chau ua alot)

sometime makes you feel much better

When you feel that the bad guy can hit you anytime, go back and punch it so well , so you are prepared to hit and run.. no one know when they gonna hit you in the farm, it can happen anytime.

This world is full of crap. and i already created 101 of craps here and another craps Blehh.. the ticket price for the movie and parking lot increased (blehhh)

This is unstoppable

Back from the chicken farm 2 hours ago. Tiring day. I can smell the diesel and the oil from my white redang t-shirt (sayang nya...). i can smell the chicken , egg and the dung from my long pants , and the mud is all over the shoes (i didnt know that im so heavy , my legs stucked in the mud for a moment). (its chicken farm ,no one expect to be so clean all the time). The best moment was the fresh shower an hour ago.

Backout for a moment in my head. i hardly focus to proceed my task > Hot temper popped out and I express a very sharp disapproval to many workers today. they are so slow and wrong.
I critizise them and gave them a very unfriendly face. hoping that they can do better.
And hope i can give the best as well. For all the time, this is unstoppable.
Feeling good is just for a moment. Thanks God, i still enjoy this life.

On work , finally the B block number 6 and 7 are torn down. the cage condition is very very old and that cage its ready for sell. 1 truk punya kawat = 1229kg

Pasar pagi ...

ini lah pemandangan pasar pagi di jalan durian. pagi hari ini boleh senang dikit karna tidak hujan (klo hujan. jalan nya becekkkkk...)

di pasar ini semua ngumpul. dari yg jual buah ,ayam , bebola ikan, sayur sampe jual bh pun lengkap. plus preman preman pasar pun ada, tukang parkir nya pun ada. lengkap deh

biasanya aku di sini seh urusan nya sama ibu "iyat", salah satu pemilik toko kelontong di pasar ini , ibu iyat biasa jual sapu lidi , sapu ijuk , ember hitam , piring besi. pokonya toko kelontong nya lumayan lengkap, jadi biasa nya kalo aku lagi mao cari bahan2 keperluan kandang ayam, misallnya sapu ijuk, tingal call ibu iyat saja , harga nego, cash and carry.

nah sepulang dari pasar ini. biasa aku lewat jalan durian puter ke kanan. nahhh di dekat simpang sana ada lontong yg enak, tapi nga pernah dapet , karna jam 9 pagi pun 2 bakul tempat kukus lontong itu pun sudah habis.

New lesson

I need to terminate the employment of the dad's chicken farm workers. ppl used to call it as decruitment.

What, how, when , and Why ? Its all because of > Market Changes , not technology changes> Cut Cost > suspend workers (pity them, sorry but this is not the Non profit based of organization)

This is "new" to me , because im not the HR Manager. and there is no HR department in the farm. coz in this farm there are no skilled workers except the supervisor and me (hey i can use internet, surely better than them hahahaha - overconfident should never happen - Remember)

There are NO ( interview , Application form ,Written test , physic/ medical exam and drug test ) during the recruitment. Only background investigation done (as long as the person is not one of the bad guy , that is good enough) - so its kind of hard to check on the person data. i have no data

but i need to consider couple of things before the decruitment.

First in first out (FIFO) or last in First Out (LIFO)?
Transfering them to another field?
and maybe last choice - Kick them out?

i only have one data - the (Personality behaviour mark), from this data i can choose who stay and who out.

Probably, the workers already know bout this decruitment because of some "celupar" in the farm and they now will do kiss a$$ action infront of immediate supervisor and me . heeeee. chiken farm life

Feel much better than last week. movement is no longer slow motion, near to normal now. But i can still remember of the crack sounds from the shoulder. and its very painful.I cant never forget that , i cant play hard with my left shoulder , i cant sleep with a wrong position , i cant play water polo , and i cant lift weight and other possibilities. ceh ceh ceh ceh :()

Feel much better when my Pc done with the windows installation treatment and it is ready for dad's office . its only take days or maybe weeks left for me. This dear pc sudah sama gw semenjak kuliah dulu. bye bye Pc and for the replacement , welcome the old laptop from my sis.

Feel much better yesterday, i bought lot lot of fruits. an apple a day to keep the doctor away (sorry ya bet...)

The rain today is just perfect since my ride is so dirty. huhhh... (dont have a date, so i keep the car dirty outside, and keep the car clean inside) i need a bigger rainfall (teruknya... kian hari kian malas...)

So next sunday = soccer i think. The soccer time is just so "ngam" with me. coz the field is so near with the chicken farm, i will bring my soccer shoe, a bottle of water and t-shirt for change and will go to the field after i finish with the chicken farm on sunday. Oh yeah im ready for the match.

On Chick Farm : everything is so scarmbled and i dont even think to write bout it, but the feeling is just Ok or maybe i get used to it.

Thanks god i feel better now but i still gotta "rogoh kocek" for the monthly internet fee and phone bill . Im late and they charge 3% from the Total Charge. pui pui pui

The Problem Is , I end up putting lot of food inside me. I watched 4 dvds since yesterday. and I miss the sunday soccer friendly match with bro and friends. And I didnt go to the farm today, i cant drive with one hand. And its all because of the whole new crack on the shoulder,(i bet some of you guys bored of this injured shoulder)

Things turn out very down this month. The cpu, problems with the ATI. The workers that appear to be an A$$ Ho##. The Chicken farm shows no improvement.The earthquake.
i guess this is the down time. Juz waiting for the Up-Time while you relax, its aint gonna happen oput. Can i sad ? , you can,but juz for a moment you moron.

The whole week

problems is messing with me. and its all started with a picture, piture describe thousands of words. and its true. the pic get me into little problem but that was not as serious as my very 1st "injured again" this year.

again my left shoulder crack. and happen during my sleep. 4 o clock in the morning i had to scream for pain and my cousin, i woke him up he..he..he.. he accidently put a pressure on my shoulder that night, and thats the story....

need 3 weeks or a month to recover...

This month had no time to regret of what im doin.And thanks to dad for the support , motivation. And its not that i choose everyday to be my best day. its just up and down like everbody said. Just go with it.
