Next . I've to find workers and If im lucky . ill get 5 of them. and just so you know. Hari raya is near. DUITNYA DI BAWA LARI LAGI NTAR. hahhaha)

next . i have to focus on the area rotation for all job applied. partial plantation . Road and the water flow . house . Brige ......

and next. i have to go to Jco. to try the yougurt ice cream with fresh fruits ..

this is all about sofa. and things just get little bit out of point today . The ah-pek (my pop friend) complain alot. there are 20 slide of the catalog. you just multiply , 20 X bo sui , he tell me again and again.

but at the begining , the way he took that catalog from me. the way he talk. the way he smoke. he is one hell of a rude guy, I saw his sofa @ his shop. its just too messy and expensive . mine ofcourse better (im must tell this. its true. percaya lah percaya lah...)

and next thing we enter the small office. as i can see clearly 2 guy with tatoo , smoking , and keng kha " they put their leg on the table , talk cock and talk cock non stop.

one of the guy, haha... peng you ah... wah... 1 year no need to pay also can lah .. friend mah (ohh if i can slap this guy. i will , but its just in my heart , no action.)

while the ah-pek continue with his " bo sui , bo ngam , bo sui , bo ngam " then suddenly he choose 3 set of sofa. that he actually want . i know he damm want this sofa. because its damm perfect with very cheap price he can get from me. and then next he told me. he going to pay me for the next 3 month and its not sure yet. its like up to him. haha

then , i just leave him , ill contact u later.

but from the begining i see this ah-pek , i know this thing wont work... so let it be....

i waste 5 hours for driving . but its ok . now i know ... haha

Rasa putus asa menjual sofa dari door to door dan hanya mengharapkan belas kasihan orang memang sempat membuat ku sedikit putus asa sekitar 1 atau 2 bulan yang lalu belum lagi menghitung kerugian dari penjualan sebelumnya.... tapi memang semua ini salah konsep. jika kita yang menjadi pembeli. tentu kita ingin melihat barang itu ada. dan setidaknya melihat contoh2 sofa yang kira kira qualitasnya sama dengan yang di gambar.

dengan memberikan gambar dan menawarkan barang dari rumah ke rumah bisa di bilang waste of time , kadang orang lain lebih memberikan ide yang mudah di cerna karena hanya memikirkan tingkat keberhasilan yang akan di capai, tanpa memikirkan waktu biaya yang tidak setimpal. tapi ini salah satu pelajaran juga.

setelah 2 bulan berburu dan berburu , akhirnya saya bisa mencari orang yang bisa di ajak kerja sama dan memberikan informasi pengalaman untuk membuat toko / gudang dan kredit adira dan segala macam.. semoga aja semua berjalan lancar. semoga hasil yang saya dapat bisa untuk menjadi start up menyewa toko , dan biaya operasional lainnya.

hari ini. aku pasti akan membotakkan kepala ku lagi. rasa botak ini akan meringankan sampah bermasalah di dalam otak ini sedikit. setidaknya saat ini bisa memberikan udara yang segar.

andai kata semua bisa bertenang dan memilih untuk berbicara baik2. ini untuk semua hal ....

contoh salah satu hal yang terjadi LAGI adalah, 10 orang kerja lari lagi (lari dalam arti kata , uang dan konsumsi harian di ambil sementara kerja di tinggalkan ) tapi kali ini tiada penyesalan yang berarti sekali. ini terjadi karena hasutan2 dari pihak lain yang menjanjikan kerja dengan bayaran selangit yang rata rata tidak bisa di percaya. tapi apa boleh baut. 10 pekerja ini lebih memilih percaya dari pada berbicara baik2 sebelum keluar. selain mereka , orang kerja di kebun sebelah achen juga pada lari semua. padahal saya baru membantu ketua rombongan yang istrinya baru melahirkan bulan lalu. tapi ini balasan yang di dapatkan. aihhh sudah lah.... masa bodo ah.... bikin pusing aja....

rasa kesal , rasa tidak percaya ini bakal terjadi , rasa Putus asa , Rasa marah dan rasa perpikiran jahat semua keluar semata2 untuk melepaskan dahaga dari kejadian ini. Apa lagi ini bukan pertama kali nya. tapi ini sudah kira kira lebih dari 5 kali. dan kerugian itu berkisar puluhan juta.... rasa tanggung jawab pun timbul. tapi apa daya juga kalau selalu perusahaan di rugikan. saya pun berasa malu dan tidak tega kalo perusahaan rugi terus. memang sih tidak ada konsekuensi yang di layangkan ke saya. tapi tetep aja rasa itu muncul.

di lain pihak saya pun harus mengetepikan semua hal ini dan bergegas mengambil tindakan awal yaitu dengan membagikan tugas yang terlambat kepada karyawan yang lain yang masi bertahan. selain itu juga tetap mencari karayawan tambahan lagi. THats it , tidak boleh lagi menyesal , tidak ada emosi terpendam...

tapi klo duit yang dilarikan memang ujung2nya sakit hati muncul juga... hahaha....

ill go vacation as much as i can... korea , japan , where the cute girls around..



ill use the biggest phone and online 24 hours, hopefully old friends do the same.



ill have ten cute dogs.



ill drink coffee every morning.



hmmm i cancel the smoking part , im going for a hash run.



ill gym , yoga , swimming , biking . and im thinking of duing so much... haha



and then only one day i will stop everything .

Fish Head curry @ TITIAN PAUH

This is the main menu , Big curry fish head, cost you rp 60.000 rupiah. or maybe around 9SGD for 1 plate. you can click on the picture. dont worry, you can view the fish head as big as you wish.

i dont really know what are the ingredients. but i can tell you that this fish head taste so great.. ppl from padang , normally cook curry for fish , chiken , eggs , and many more. well its not suppose to be a good and healty food. but after certain research. alll ppl will say this. something hot and spicy , will makes them feel great while working on field.

i kind of experince that too , no chili , felt a little bit wierd while working.
so i assume . chili = power.

this place is a little bit far from home. but i will pass this padang restaurant on my way to our wood working factory . will tell you more on this later.

all the food normally oily... so becarefull . you cant eat this food all the time. not healthy

Wok Fen - Lubuk Pakam Medan @ pekanbaru

one plate of kuaytiao cost you only 16.000 rupiah , so its about 2.50 SGd

this is the sticky soup with kuay tiao inside. you can see the duck egg , vege , tomato , and other ingredients..

ppl from medan tend to complain alot alot about pekanbaru food. but i think they only can complaint on the chinese food. like char kuay tiau , char bee hon , wan tan mee , chiken rice , wok fen , plus any other good food there.

everytime they eat those char kuay tiau , char bee hon , wan tan mee , chiken rice , wok fen . they always complain . with the char kuay tiao inside the mouth , they will say this " ane su kak medan char e.. " measn the taste is so far from medan " they dont like it but still eat it. coz they already paid for it. ane bo ho ciak . ane bo ho pua . khi medan e khak ho ciak... and what so ever stuff they mumble to feel proud about the medan food. but infact. its true, medan food is better than pekanbaru. but dont consider the padang food Here...

so i think medan ppl who open the resto biz will make advantages here in my hometown, ofcourse their 1st target market is ppl from medan who lives here.. there.as u can see. one of the small restaurant with medan style of cooking is here. see the " rasa sayang " sea food khas lubuk pakam...medan..

haha anyway. this is a good food. you ppl should try it.

My hometown. really really not bad. Well , we have giant supermarket now. and its free parking. but a little bit far from my home. but still great. refreshing on saturday nite, they have couple of fast food resto inside. and they do sell cheaper than other hypermart. i dont know... haha

saturdaynite = lots of ppl ....... haihhh boh pretty gal.... sien leeee....

Bakpao

this is the best bakpao i everhad. i always eat this bakpao previously when i still studied at melaka. and now 1 bakpao cost only 1.80 ringgit malaysia. cheap . because its big and full of meat inside. this is so perfect.

how you find it ? you just have to find me and i.ll let you know. OK.. hahaha
