I need to terminate the employment of the dad's chicken farm workers. ppl used to call it as decruitment.
What, how, when , and Why ? Its all because of > Market Changes , not technology changes> Cut Cost > suspend workers (pity them, sorry but this is not the Non profit based of organization)
This is "new" to me , because im not the HR Manager. and there is no HR department in the farm. coz in this farm there are no skilled workers except the supervisor and me (hey i can use internet, surely better than them hahahaha - overconfident should never happen - Remember)
There are NO ( interview , Application form ,Written test , physic/ medical exam and drug test ) during the recruitment. Only background investigation done (as long as the person is not one of the bad guy , that is good enough) - so its kind of hard to check on the person data. i have no data
but i need to consider couple of things before the decruitment.
First in first out (FIFO) or last in First Out (LIFO)?
Transfering them to another field?
and maybe last choice - Kick them out?
i only have one data - the (Personality behaviour mark), from this data i can choose who stay and who out.
Probably, the workers already know bout this decruitment because of some "celupar" in the farm and they now will do kiss a$$ action infront of immediate supervisor and me . heeeee. chiken farm life

i hope not much kena cut down... at times, this kind of thing memang have to be done. pick ur choice carefully.
