Fried Duck H.SLAMET - Original

Lets escape the introduction and straight to the Fried duck . this one is crispy outside and very smooth inside. the secret ingredients makes me fly . SEDAPNYAAAAAAA. bumbunya meresap dengan sempurna di setiap bagian ( infact if can . i want to bring the bone back home , so my dog can get to try the taste of this duck, hehe)

from what i know . they are not using the young duck , but they choose the duck that already lay eggs for 4 times in 2 years time.

the preparation is simple . boil the duck for 3 to 4 hours so the Special Bumbu meresap sampai kedalam2 and they Fried the duck . so that now we will have the smooth inside and crispy outside.


The sour dish / Tamarind dish ( The indonesian Sayur Asam) . This is the very popular vegetable soup dish in indonesian cuisine.



Common ingredients are peanuts, young jackfruit, melinjo, bilimbi, chayote, long beans, and also include corn.



Slrrrppp i can finish this sayur asem in 15 minutes, because like everyone else , i need to enjoy every minutes of this Sayur asem.




This one is one hell of a hot chili .


But when you come to this place. please try this chili and you will never forget this chili ever. try it with a slice of fried duck. experience the hot moment and the crispy smooth fried duck.

The free lalapan ( vegetables ) . here you can eat vegetable as much as you want.


The Bamboo decoration is so good.
