Run slow

hari hari aku.... yah begitulah kira kira (if u know what i mean)
bagaimana dengan hari hari mu. (what about yours?)

the working progress run slow and the workers are unreliable. as the economic crisis start, we all need to cut "cost*" and after the cutting progress work, next we will need to Cut the "*cost" again.

so i decide to go to the plantaion area only twice a week in order to cut cost. 1 trip will cost me for about Rp 100.000 , the petrol , and some consumption. so i month i will spent for about hmmm Rp 400.000. Going there everyday will not make any different to the workers. coz some of them are "tu nao and bo nao". so now if the task finished and up to the spec , only then i will make payment. if they dont do as what we had agreed earlier. then the workers will need to repeat and i will postpone the payment.

This is unbelieveable. i never dream such thing like this could happen . i always thought that this is going to be smooth. haaaaaa... forget it...
